That should not be to difficult I thought, just order the correct colored 7-segment displays that have the same layout as the original red ones&#8230; That seemed to be a little bit to optimistic! No colored display were available with the same layout. So I designed a new printed circuit board, this implements 4 high quality colored displays. The PCB is &#8220;plug and play&#8221;, the Starship Troopers Color Display board does not contain mounting hardware.
